It's been a year since my incident but will never go back there again. A wheel alignment and brake fluid flush on my Camaro turned into a disaster. Drove out of the lot with a spongy brake pedal so returned and the tech admitted yes he did notice that. Really? After bleeding out the air I drove home and parked in my garage thinking all was good. Pulled the car out a couple weeks later and noticed a puddle of brake fluid on the garage floor. After inspecting I found the bleeder was left loose. Brake fluid ruined the brake caliper paint along with the brand new $5k Poly floor in my garage. And to think... I tipped the guy 50 bucks too.

My first visit to Sun Auto. They were very friendly and accommodating in replacing my front shock absorbers, Everything went smoothly, they communicated all the costs up front, and suggested some optional upgrades that made good sense. The car drives noticeably better without the previous rattling noises. I would definitely go back in the future.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Sun Auto and Tire for over 2 years now, and the level of professionalism and customer service I’ve received has been outstanding every single time. Felix, Griffin, and the manager have truly gone above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout every visit. They always take the time to explain repairs clearly, answer questions honestly, and make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel like more than just another customer, but this team genuinely cares. Whether it’s squeezing me into the schedule when I was in a bind, keeping me updated during repairs, or making sure my vehicle was safe before I left, they consistently exceed expectations. Felix and Griffin are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and the manager has created an environment that clearly values honesty and customer satisfaction. After over 2 years of trusting them with my vehicles, I can confidently say this is one of the best auto shops around. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

I stopped in late in the day expecting a rushed experience, but was genuinely impressed from start to finish. As a woman, I especially appreciated how professional, respectful, and knowledgeable the entire team was. The technicians took the time to clearly explain the oil change and vehicle inspection process, walking me through what they were doing and why it mattered—no pressure, no confusion, just honest and helpful communication. Even though it was near closing time, their demeanor never slipped—they were friendly, patient, and thorough every step of the way. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines expertise with great customer service, but this team absolutely delivered. Amazing service all around. I left feeling confident about my vehicle and really valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

I had the clutch replaced by them back in October 2024 and recently it started slipping. I called them and they said that it was warranted for 2 years. They agreed to replace it free of charge. They showed me that the cv boots were cracked and leaking and once removed the bearings were shot so I had them replace both cv axels, no charge for labor just the cost of the parts. They had to remove them for the clutch replacement anyway. I’ve been bringing all my vehicles here sense 2019 and through 3 name changes. Definitely recommend
